What’s the Theme Today?

Today, January 17, 2025, the theme for Strands is “The Time of Our Lives.” Sounds interesting, right? This theme is all about understanding how different generations view the world!

Hints to Help You Solve Today’s Puzzle

In Strands, you’ll come across a special word called a “Spangram.” It’s a word with all the letters of the alphabet. For today’s Spangram, think about: “a difference of attitudes, opinions, and outlooks between people born during various periods of time.”

Here are some hints to get you started:

1. Hint #1: A term used for people born from the early 1980s to the late 1990s. It starts with “M” and ends with “L.” (Have you heard of Millennials?)

2. Hint #2: This term is for people born between 1901 and 1927. It starts with “G” and ends with “T.” (Can you guess who the Greatest Generation is?)

Today’s Spangram isn’t too complicated because it’s mostly VERTICAL. To help you find it, the first letter is in the first column and row, and the last letter is in the third column, row eight.
