Discovering the Anti-Debuff Altar in Fisch: A Gamer’s Guide
Hey there, gamers! 🎮 Have you ever faced challenges in capturing those elusive sea creatures in Fisch? Well, have no fear because the latest update has brought us a fantastic new feature: the Anti-Debuff Altar! This awesome addition will make it way easier to catch all the fish in Sea 2 using your trusty Sea 1 rods. Let’s dive into what this means for you!
What’s the Big Deal About the Anti-Debuff Altar?
In Fisch, the game has introduced a game-changing feature that helps you wipe out those annoying penalties (known as “debuffs”) that reduce how well your Sea 1 rods perform. Before this update, you’d face a -50% reduction in effectiveness. But now, you can say goodbye to that! Ready to bring your old rods back to life? Here’s how it works!
Where to Find the Anti-Debuff Altar
To use this new feature, you’ll need to find the Anti-Debuff Altar, which is located on the Cursed Shores island in Sea 2. Getting there is a bit of an adventure, so here’s a simple guide:
-
Spawn at Waveborne Island: If that’s where you start, head southwest until you reach the coordinates: X= -216, Y= 86, Z=1917.
-
Spot Brother Gleem: Look for an NPC named Brother Gleem, who sports a clown wig. Move past him to find the Angler’s Hut right up ahead.
-
Cross to the Next Area: Walk behind the hut, cross the bridge, and head up some stairs.
- Find the Altar Entrance: Pass by Brother Murk NPC and look for the entrance to the Anti-Debuff Altar on your left. Follow the tunnel straight down to reach your goal.
What You Need to Use the Altar
Now that you know where the Altar is, you can’t just walk up and use it. There are three special items you need to collect:
- Sea Leviathan: You can catch this big fish in the Open Ocean of Sea 2.
- Moon Idol Sea 2: This rare item can be found during the Blue Moon Event at Lushgrove in Sea 2.
- Cursed Thread: You’ll get this by fishing at the Cursed Shores in Sea 2.
Once you have all three, it’s time to head back to the Altar and place them in the right spots:
- Place the Sea Leviathan in the center.
- Put the Moon Idol to the left.
- Put the Cursed Thread to the right.
Make sure it’s nighttime in the game and hold your Sea 1 rod. Approach the Altar and press the ‘E’ key. Ta-da! You’ll remove that pesky -50% debuff and get your rods back to their original power.
Why is This Important?
You might be wondering why this matters. Well, gaining back the full effectiveness of your rods means you can catch more fish and complete your bestiary faster. It’s a great way to show off your fishing skills and make new friends in the game!
Before You Go Fishing
It’s good to keep in mind that the Anti-Debuff system doesn’t apply to every rod; it only works for Sea 1 rods. But don’t let that stop you! Now that your rods are spruced up, head out and start capturing those amazing fish!
