Discovering Secrets in Doom: The Dark Ages – Chapter 7

But don’t worry—this guide will help you discover hidden secrets that will make your adventure even more thrilling!
The Secret Areas You Can Unlock
Chapter 7 has nine secret areas for you to find! These locations are packed with collectibles like toys and rubies, giving you great rewards for your curiosity. If you haven’t already, make sure to check out the secret areas from Siege Part 1 first. Now, let’s uncover all the hidden spots!
Secret Area 1
After you defeat a giant titan with the turret, head to the left of its remains. Climb up the platform and break through the wooden planks. Behind a huge box, you’ll see a green icon that signals you can push it. Move it aside, and voilà! You’ll reveal a breakable wall. Use your shield to smash it and claim your first secret!
Secret Area 2
This area is right above the first one. Climb the box you just pushed and head to the platform on the right. Turn around and scale the left platform to find a hidden stash of gold!
Secret Area 3
After pulling a lever that opens a new gate, face the demons hiding within. Look for a climbable spot at the end of the hallway. Once up there, turn around and you’ll see a breakable chain. Toss your shield at it, climb again, and you’ll find your next secret—the Pinky Rider Toy!
Secret Area 4
Keep pushing through the castle. You’ll eventually end up on an upper level, where a Secret Key is floating across a gap. For now, ignore it and look for a breakable wall with a purple logo on the right. Smash it to access another secret area!
Secret Area 5
Retrace your steps back to the Secret Key. After collecting it, jump down and head towards a lit metal door with a purple key symbol. Interact with it to grab a cool Ruby!
Secret Area 6
Nearby, another locked door can be opened with the Secret Key! Look at the map to find this door, open it, and you’ll discover a Codex page!
Secret Area 7
As you journey forward, you’ll stumble upon a destroyed hangar. Jump across to the wreckage and find yet another Ruby Statue on a climbable platform.
Secret Area 8
Follow the main path until you encounter a ton of enemies. Keep fighting until you spot a scalable platform. Climb it, break the chain you see, and the gears will open a new path—another secret area awaits inside!
Secret Area 9
The last hidden spot is directly in front of the area you just found. Exit the cubby, and you’ll see a new opening right beside the platform. Head in to complete your checklist of secrets!
